Ordering

 

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been dropped off to the carrier an email will be sent to the customer. 

  • The tracking number will appear in the email as a linked item.

  • You can either:

  • Click on the tracking number to transport you to the delivery carrier’s website

  • Or 

  • Manually input the tracking number on the delivery carrier’s website

 

What methods of payment can I use?

  • Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • Online Payment Systems: Payments can be made through secure online platforms like PayPal, Stripe, or other approved digital payment methods.

  • Cash: Cash payments are accepted for in-person transactions at our physical location.

 

Can I add different forms of payment to an order?

  • No. We're currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction.

How do I use a promotion code?

  • Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.

  • Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code and will automatically be added to your order during the Checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the Checkout page.

 

How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard (5-8 Business Days): Maximum of $11

  • Express (3 Business Days): Maximum of $25

  • International Standard (2-4 Weeks): Range of $40-$70

  • International Express (1-2 Weeks): Range $70-$150

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

  • Orders are processed within 3 Business Days or less excluding weekends and public holidays. Once item(s) have been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
