RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY.  There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on any MooreBeautyLove PMU machines or wireless batteries.

 

If your item is damaged during shipping, please email info@moorebeautylove.com within 48 hours of receiving your product for further instructions on resolution.

For apparel items, garments in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days following the original date of delivery.  Our return and exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.  To start a return please send an email to info@moorebeautylove.com
