What You'll Discover in This Free Training
The More Clients Equals More Profits Thinking Could Be Misleading you down a wrong path
More clients can absolutely grow a business - but simply chasing more bookings isn't always the solution you think it is. You'll discover whether you truly have a client problem or whether something else inside of your business deserves your attention first.
What Your business Needs at its current stage and the growth order you should follow
A beauty professional who is just getting started should not have the same priorities as someone who is already established with clientele and preparing to scale. In this training you'll learn how your current stage affects what you should focus on next - and what you can stop worrying about for now.
The Difference Between Scattered Action and Focused growth
Discover the different areas that can unsuspectingly be limiting your growth and how to recognize which one is the biggest bottleneck. If you're taking several different disconnected actions you could be slowing your progress vs making focused priorities.
The mindset shift needed to go from artist to ceo/business owner
Learn how to start looking beyond appointments and services and begin thinking and making decisions like a CEO. Making more money requires more than performing great services. It requires stronger decisions around your offer, pricing, marketing, sales, operations and client experience. With this thinking you'll move away from operating your business like a side hustle to a thriving operation that's set up for long term legacy.
Your Business May Not Need More Effort. It May Need the Right Focus.
Many talented beauty professionals believe that if they post more, take another class, lower their prices, or work harder, their business will finally take off.
But when you don’t know what is actually limiting your growth, it’s easy to:
-
Spend money on marketing that doesn’t produce consistent bookings
-
Post constantly without turning followers into paying clients
-
Lower your prices because you aren’t sure how to communicate your value
-
Take more technical classes while the business side remains unclear
-
Try too many strategies without knowing which one should come first
-
Stay busy without seeing meaningful growth in your revenue
Your offer, pricing, visibility, sales process, client experience, retention, brand, systems, or mindset could be creating the real bottleneck.
Until you identify the right constraint, doing more of the wrong things will only leave you feeling more overwhelmed.
